Faith, Hope, Love, and Therapy. . . . .
This blog is designed to provide love, support, and community to those dealing with anxiety, depression, and suicide; to assist those currently struggling as well as the loved ones and parents wresting with the fear, confusion, and exhaustion that comes with standing in the trenches. It is my goal to become a voice to end the stigma associated with mental health, particularly within the Christian community.
You are not alone. You are worthy and loved by God.
I am a married mother of three, living in the foothills of the North GA mountains. I began struggling with anxiety and depression at the age of 11 and suffered in silence for 11 years before I opened up to a doctor and began taking antidepressants. It took me another 15 years to talk about it. This blog is that talk.
